Customer Stories

Real results from real markets.

Fullinfo has been quietly used across sales, market research, recruitment, and M&A during a decade-long stealth period. Here's what that looked like in practice.

About this page

Fullinfo spent nearly a decade in stealth — fully founder-funded, no investors, no press, no sales team. During that time, we worked closely with a small circle of users to validate the product against real research problems in real markets.

That circle was deliberately kept small and private. The stories below are real. Names and logos are anonymised by choice — on the user's timeline, not ours. As we move into broader early access, we expect this section to grow substantially over the coming months.

Four anonymised stories from the stealth period — each representing a distinct problem Fullinfo solves.

Sales & Prospecting
Sales Manager
Pharmaceutical distributor
Use case:TAM calculation, territory division, target setting
Market:New geographic expansion markets
Industry:Pharmaceutical distribution
Before Fullinfo
Relied on Google Maps, local listing pages, and door-to-door canvassing to identify pharmacies, clinics, and distributors in new territories. Time-intensive, incomplete, and impossible to standardise across regions.
With Fullinfo
Searched by industry, location, and org type to surface the near-complete universe of accounts in any target market. Any business with a website appears in Fullinfo — including independents that never list on Google Maps or trade directories.
"We could finally see the whole market — not just the accounts that were easy to find. That changed how we set targets and divided up territories entirely."
Sales Manager, pharmaceutical distribution company — anonymised at user's request
Key outcomes
Complete TAM mapped in days rather than weeks of manual research
Territory division based on actual account density, not approximate estimates
Sales targets set against a verified account base rather than guesswork
GTM & Data Quality
GTM Team
European hosting & data center company
Use case:Exec profiling, hierarchy mapping, tech stack filtering
Challenge:Identify companies using competitor infrastructure
Industry:Cloud infrastructure & hosting
Before Fullinfo
Already using most major GTM tools — but frustrated with poor data quality on executive profiles and reporting hierarchies. Could not filter on tech stack to find organisations actively using a specific competitor's infrastructure.
With Fullinfo
Used tech stack filtering to identify companies running on a competitor's platform. Crossed with leadership hierarchy data sourced directly from company websites — not inferred from LinkedIn connections — to reach the right decision maker first time.
"The exec hierarchy data is genuinely different — it comes from company websites, not LinkedIn, which means it shows actual reporting lines rather than who happens to be connected to whom."
GTM lead, European cloud infrastructure company — anonymised at user's request
Key outcomes
Competitor displacement list built using tech stack filter — not possible in any other tool
Leadership hierarchy sourced from company websites, not social graphs
Reduced first-contact misrouting significantly across the outbound programme
Recruitment
Business Development
Boutique executive search firm
Use case:BD prospecting, hiring signal identification
Challenge:Identify clients before they post roles publicly
Industry:Executive search
Before Fullinfo
BD relied on LinkedIn job posts to identify companies actively hiring senior roles. The problem: by the time a role appears on LinkedIn, the company has often already started conversations with other agencies — or has an internal candidate in mind.
With Fullinfo
Filtered companies by open vacancies scraped directly from company career pages — surfacing hiring intent before it reaches LinkedIn. Combined with industry and size filters to prioritise the most relevant prospects in their niche.
"The difference is timing. LinkedIn shows you companies that are already committed to hiring publicly. Fullinfo shows you companies that are hiring — including ones that haven't announced it yet."
BD Director, executive search boutique — anonymised at user's request
Key outcomes
Earlier entry into BD conversations — before competitors see the LinkedIn post
Prospecting list built on hiring signals, not just sector and size
Coverage expanded beyond companies with a strong LinkedIn presence
M&A & Deal Sourcing
Deal Sourcing Team
Mid-market private equity firm
Use case:Fragmented market mapping, acquisition target discovery
Challenge:Find owner-managed businesses that never raised and don't appear in PitchBook
Industry:European industrial niche — multiple non-English markets
Before Fullinfo
Deal sourcing in fragmented European industrials relied on PitchBook, CB Insights, and trade association directories — all of which skew heavily toward companies that have raised capital or attended industry events. The most interesting acquisition targets — owner-managed, bootstrapped, under-the-radar — were largely invisible.
With Fullinfo
Mapped the full competitive landscape in a niche industrial sector across Germany, Austria, and the Nordics using industry tags, org type (owner-managed), and employee size. Fullinfo's multilingual coverage meant companies that had never published in English still appeared in results.
"PitchBook shows you the companies that want to be found. Fullinfo shows you the ones that don't — which is exactly the deal flow we're looking for."
Deal sourcing associate, mid-market PE firm — anonymised at user's request
Key outcomes
Full sector map built including companies absent from every traditional database
Non-English markets (DACH, Nordics) covered with consistent data quality
Proprietary deal pipeline built from accounts no competitor had contacted
