The LinkedIn problem

One platform owns
your entire business
development workflow.

LinkedIn's position in recruitment is unique: it is simultaneously the largest professional network, the primary job posting platform, and the dominant candidate database. That combination creates a genuine monopoly — and LinkedIn prices accordingly.

LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Jobs, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator together represent a significant cost for any recruitment agency. And because there is no credible alternative for the full workflow, agencies pay — year after year, with price increases each cycle.

Fullinfo is not a replacement for LinkedIn's candidate database. But it does break the dependency on LinkedIn for one critical part of the workflow: business development and client prospecting. Finding companies that are actively hiring — before they've briefed a competing agency — is exactly where Fullinfo adds value that LinkedIn cannot match.

LinkedIn knows everything that happens on LinkedIn. It does not know about vacancies posted on company websites, through other recruitment agencies, or on job boards it doesn't own. Fullinfo does.

LinkedIn vacancy visibility — what LinkedIn can and can't see
LinkedIn can see ✓
Vacancies posted directly by the company on their LinkedIn page
LinkedIn cannot see ✗
→ Vacancies posted only on the company's own website
→ Vacancies posted via a recruitment agency (appear under the agency's name, not the company's)
→ Vacancies on sector-specific job boards (Indeed, local boards, industry platforms)
→ Companies in markets with low LinkedIn adoption
Fullinfo sees all of the above ✓
Fullinfo scrapes vacancy data directly from company websites — capturing every open role regardless of where it was posted or which agency is handling it.

The best client call
is the one your competitor
doesn't know to make.

The most valuable moment in recruitment business development is reaching a company before they've briefed a competing agency. That window is short — and LinkedIn closes it for everyone at the same time.

When a company posts a vacancy on LinkedIn, every recruiter targeting that sector sees it simultaneously. The opportunity is competitive from the moment it appears. But many companies — particularly in industrial sectors, non-English markets, and companies that prefer to work with retained agencies — post vacancies only on their own website, or through agencies whose names appear instead of the client's.

Fullinfo crawls company websites directly and surfaces live vacancy signals at the source — before they appear anywhere else, and for companies that never post on LinkedIn at all. For a recruitment agency, that's a first-mover advantage on every inbound opportunity LinkedIn can't see.

Example — find companies hiring in your niche
"Precision engineering companies in Germany with 3+ open roles on their website, not posted on LinkedIn"

Client monitoring

Know when your clients
start hiring again
before they call you.

Existing client relationships are the most valuable asset a recruitment agency has. But most agencies have no systematic way to monitor when a quiet client suddenly starts hiring again — they wait for the client to call, by which time another agency may have already made contact.

Fullinfo lets you track hiring signals for a defined list of companies — existing clients, lapsed clients, or warm prospects. When vacancy count increases, new roles appear on a company's website, or growth signals shift, you can reach out with context: "We noticed you're scaling your operations team — we've placed three strong candidates in similar roles this quarter."

That kind of proactive, signal-based outreach is what separates agencies that win mandates from agencies that respond to briefs.

Candidate sourcing

Find the right person
at the right company —
not just a name in a list.

Fullinfo is not a bulk candidate database — LinkedIn Recruiter remains the right tool for searching millions of profiles across industries. What Fullinfo does differently is let you find specific people at specific companies you've already identified as targets.

The workflow is org-first: you identify the right companies through Fullinfo's search, then within each org you browse indexed contacts — leadership, key people, department heads — and use Deep Search to surface additional people by role and location that aren't yet in the Fullinfo index.

Deep Search queries public sources in real time and returns structured profiles — name, title, location, LinkedIn profile — marked as either "New" (found now, not previously indexed) or "Existing" (already in Fullinfo). This is particularly valuable in non-English markets and niche sectors where LinkedIn's own search returns thin results.

Contacts found across multiple organisations can be saved into Collections — named lists you build and manage within Fullinfo, ready for outreach or export.

Example workflow
Search: "Fintech companies in Europe, privately owned" → open each org → browse contacts → Deep Search "senior javascript developer" → save to Collection "JS Dev Pipeline Q2"
Collections

Build candidate and
client lists across
any market.

As you work through organisations and find relevant contacts using search and Deep Search, you save them into Collections — named lists you build inside Fullinfo.

A collection might be "Senior Operations Directors — DACH region" built across 40 target companies, or "Fintech CTOs — Series B companies in Europe" assembled over several research sessions.

Collections are exportable for outreach — or used directly within Fullinfo to reveal contact details as you need them, keeping your research cost efficient.

Who this is for

Recruitment teams who need
to win mandates, not just respond to them.

🏭

Industrial & technical recruiters

Placing engineers, operations leaders, and technical specialists in manufacturing, logistics, precision engineering, or energy — sectors where LinkedIn data is thin and clients don't always post publicly.

🌍

International & non-English markets

Recruiting across DACH, Benelux, Scandinavia, LATAM, or Southeast Asia — where LinkedIn adoption varies and vacancy signals are scattered across local job boards and company websites.

🎯

Executive & retained search

Working on retained mandates where finding the right org and mapping the leadership structure matters as much as finding individual names. Fullinfo's org profiles show hierarchy, not just a contact list.

📈

Business development leads

Responsible for bringing in new client mandates. Fullinfo identifies which companies are actively hiring right now — and which ones use agencies whose name hides the actual employer.

🔄

Account managers — existing clients

Managing relationships with existing clients who go quiet between hiring cycles. Fullinfo's monitoring signals tell you when to pick up the phone — before a competing agency does.

🏥

Healthcare & professional services recruiters

Placing doctors, dentists, lawyers, accountants, or other professionals into practices and firms that don't maintain LinkedIn company pages — precisely where Fullinfo's open-web coverage outperforms any LinkedIn-derived tool.

Find the companies
that are hiring right now —
before anyone else does.

Tell us the sector and geography you recruit in and we'll show you what Fullinfo finds. Usually within 24 hours.
